SiC is currently the only wide bandgap material to address the power electronics market needs for high performance. Many applications benefit from the significantly reduced switching losses of SiC devices benefiting from the increased efficiencies, reduced and heat and smaller packages.

Many features of our SiC Field StopTrench Fast IGBT Modules include low voltage drop, low tail current, switching frequencies up to 50 kHz, low leakage current, zero reverse recovery current, temperature independent switching behavior and positive temperature coefficient on VF.  These feature allow outstanding performance at high frequency operation with reduced switching losses.

The modules are very rugged with direct mounting to heatsink (isolated package) and low junction to case thermal resistance with easy paralleling due to positive TC of VCEsat.
